Professor Tang is an award-winning teacher at NUS Business School and a recipient of the NUS Business School Teaching Excellence Award. Her regular courses include BSP3701 Strategic Management, an integrative capstone course required for all undergraduate business students. This module introduces key concepts, tools, and fundamental issues in strategy. Throughout the semester, students adopt the perspective of a general manager with overall responsibility for firm performance. They apply the concepts and frameworks of the strategic management process through a combination of case studies, simulations, in-class debates, and group projects.
